Refunds: The studio must be notified no less than 7 days prior to class start to receive a refund for paid classes. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, student may opt to receive a refund or transfer enrollment fee to another class.
Class Cancellation: KB Studios (otherwise know as Kate Enterprises, L.L.C.) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any classes due to errors in pricing or availability.
Open Studio Cancellation: If no students have preregistered by the night prior or have made contact to indicate they are coming by the night prior, class will be cancelled for that week.
Unfinished projects: Class projects should be finished within the 4 week class time. If a student needs additional time to complete work, student may arrange extra time at the cost of $25 per class (drop-in rate). Students are welcome to enroll in classes back to back to continue their work.
